"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to place my order, but the checkout kept messing up. There were already too many steps to get through, and then it wouldn’t even let me finish. Super annoying experience.

"Shipping felt really slow to me"
Maybe it’s just me, but waiting more than two weeks for my order feels like way too long. I’m still waiting for it to arrive, so it’s been frustrating.

"Didn’t find much to pick from"
I went in thinking there’d be a lot more to browse, but the selection was weak. A bunch of the categories felt almost empty, so I just wandered around for a bit and left without buying anything. Weirdly, I remember there was one random bright yellow item on a shelf by itself, and that somehow stood out more than anything else in the store.

I went on proudpyro.com hoping I’d find a decent deal, but the prices felt way higher than I was expecting. Even some of the basic items seemed marked up, and I kept wondering if it was just me noticing that.
The products might be perfectly fine, but the value just didn’t feel there for me. Once shipping and the final total were added in, it felt even harder to justify, so I don’t really see myself ordering again unless the prices come down.

I had a frustrating experience with the ignition on my order from proudpyro.com. I don’t know if this is typical or if I just got unlucky, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

A few of the items took multiple tries to light, and a couple just didn’t really seem to catch properly at all. It kind of broke up the whole vibe because we kept having to stop, mess with them, and try again.

Maybe it was just a bad batch, so I don’t want to say everything from them is like this, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t order again unless the ignition reliability improves

"Not quite the quality I was hoping for"
I ordered a couple of items from proudpyro.com, the quality wasn’t really what I expected. One of the pieces looked scratched up right out of the box, which was disappointing lol.

Everything technically worked, but it didn’t feel great overall. The finish was kind of rough, and a few parts didn’t line up as well as I thought they would for the price.
Shipping was fine, so I’ll give it 2 stars for that, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless the product quality gets better

"Good effects, actually just not perfect"
I actually thought the effects from proudpyro.com were good overall. The colors looked nice, and the timing was mostly right where I expected it to be. A couple of the shots felt a little weaker than I was hoping for, but it didn’t ruin the show or anything. For the price, it was decent, and everyone watching still seemed to enjoy it. I’d probably order again, actually, but next time I might try a few different items.

"So the order did show up..."
So the order did show up, which is good, but the box looked rough when it got here. Like, more banged up than I’d expect. And when I opened it, the items had way too much space to shift around inside, which just didn’t feel great considering it was pyro stuff. Nothing leaked, nothing went off, thankfully, but still, I kept thinking this really should’ve been packed more securely. Maybe it was just a one-off, but I’d definitely hesitate before ordering again.

"Support Got Back to Me Eventually"
I reached out to support and it took them days to reply, which was just super convenient. I get that people are busy, but waiting that long for a basic response wasn’t exactly a great experience.

Opened the box and immediately realized these geniuses sent part of my order wrong. Support did fix some of it, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing was still a pain and annoying.

I tried browsing the site on my phone and... it just wasn’t a great experience. The menus felt kind of all over the place, pages were slow to load, and even finding basic info took way longer than it should have. After a few minutes, I just gave up.

"Didn’t Feel Safe Enough for Me"
I ended up backing out after taking a look around. With anything fireworks-related, I feel like if the safety info isn’t super clear right away, that’s usually a sign to be cautious. It might be totally fine for other people, but based on what I saw, I personally didn’t feel comfortable risking it

"Tracking never updated"
My tracking sat in the same spot for days, and after watching it not move at all, I started noticing the pattern wasn’t a good one. No updates, no progress, and my order still hasn’t shown up. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from proudpyro again
